Meeting Instructions

Transfer-In

Upon your arrival at the destination airport, make your way through baggage claim and customs. At the terminal exit, locate your driver or tour guide who will be holding a sign with the Cubazul Air Charter Services logo and present your printed voucher.

Our staff will be monitoring flight delays or early arrivals. If you have any questions, doubts or inconveniences regarding your transportation services once you’ve arrived in Cuba, please call (+53 58471718) from a local phone or through WhatsApp.

Transfer-Out

Pick up from hotel: Please be ready in the lobby of the main entrance of , 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time on your voucher. Your driver or tour guide will meet you at lobby of the main entrance of your hotel.

Pick up from casa (private transfers): Please be ready inside your casa, 1 hour before the scheduled pick up time on your voucher. Your driver will knock at your casa door to notify your transfer has arrived.

The driver will wait up to 1 hour after your scheduled pick up time. If you miss this time slot, your transfer will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.
